100% Advance: Secure your date with a 100% advance payment at the time of booking, providing you with the confidence that your chosen date is exclusively reserved for your celebration.

20% Deposit: An additional 20% deposit is collected, and promptly returned within a week post-event. This deposit adds a layer of flexibility, allowing you to manage your finances with ease.

Damage Deductions: In the rare event of damages, any deductibles from the deposit are made judiciously, ensuring fairness and transparency. Our commitment is to return the deposit promptly, with any necessary adjustments.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION due to a Government Order restricting or banning any weddings or events from being conducted in a venue OR due to any unprecedented event like a Pandemic, Epidemic, War, Natural Disaster, etc., or any other Force majeure condition which is out of the Management’s control, the following options are provided to guests whose events occur during the period of any such occurrence, the following shall be applicable:

1. Postpone your booking

OR

1. Transfer your booking to anyone else known to you for any auspicious event

*The Venue Rental and Taxes Paid shall not be refunded; only the refundable deposit can be refunded if paid.

* The customer acknowledges that on making a payment and confirming the booking, he or she cannot invoke force majeure to cancel the booking and demand a refund.

* The customer is well aware of such circumstances and is prepared to conduct the event or wedding as required or utilize the alternate options provided by the venue.

* Change of date will be allowed if the earlier date chosen is affected by a Government Order in place, restricting any events or gatherings from being conducted on your dates or because of any unprecedented event like those mentioned above only and not otherwise (A change of date is allowed only once for any other reasons a minimum of 3 months before the original booking date).

CANCELLATION for any other personal reasons or unforeseen incidents:

If you are unable to conduct the wedding on your booked date for any other reasons, for example: any personal reasons or emergencies like an accident, death in the family, any unforeseen incident, etc. apart from a Government Order restricting the Conducting of events and weddings or an unprecedented event mentioned above the following shall apply:

In case of an unforeseen incident - Inform us immediately and request a change of date; proof of such an incident will be required to be produced if such an incident occurs 3 months before your original booking date.
In case of any other reason - Inform us at a minimum of 3 months before the booked date, and request us for a change of date, no reason or proof to be provided.

* The Venue Rental and Taxes Paid will not be refunded; only the refundable deposit can be refunded if paid
